The Republic of Ireland Taekwon-Do Association (RITA), Irish Open Championships took place in Tallaght Leisure Centre on Saturday 22nd January 2011. Dublin-ITF Sport Taekwon-Do was represented by a 30 strong team of competitors ranging from yellow belt up to balck belt. We had some great performances in; pattern, sparring and special technique.
