The Dublin-ITF Fight night which took place on Saturday 26th March was a great success with over 400 people in attendance. The evening started with a demonstration from the junior class. The demo team performed fundamental movements, basic kicking progressions and four directional punch exercises. Next up were 25 taekwon-do bouts which ranged from junior green tag competitors right up to some of Ireland's top black belt talent.
